Bob Hyatt: Coach
Married in 2002, to Amy, Bob is the co-author of two books from IVP, Ministry Mantras and Eldership and the Mission of God. His children include Jack, Jane and Josie. Bob helped plant a church community, The Evergreen Community, in 2004 in Portland Oregon. Beyond his family and pastoring, his passions revolve around coaching other ministry leaders towards Jesus-focused success in ministry- success being defined not by numbers but by clarity around and achievement of personal, spiritual and ministry goals. Bob currently lives in Boise, Idaho and serves as the Director of Equipping and Spiritual Formation for the Ecclesia Network.

Michael Kaspar: Coach
Michael enjoys serving leaders by giving the gift of being present. He is a face-to-face listener, asking curious questions to discover what God might be up to. Ultimately, he longs for others to be who God made them to be. Michael brings 15 years of experience leading leaders and teams in Christian non-profit and business. He also enjoys facilitating leaders to dream about what they can accomplish together which they could never accomplish as single organizations.
Michael has worked in more than 50 countries with hundreds of organizations and thousands of people in face-to-face and group interactions helping them determine their way forward connecting and contributing in the Kingdom. He holds a Business Systems degree from Taylor University. Currently, he serves as Director of Global Initiatives with visionSynergy, Catalyst for Ministry Collaboration with the Lausanne Movement and on a steering team for a global network of 180 organizations making disciples in Muslim majority contexts.
Michael lives in Newnan, Georgia, near Atlanta, with his wife, Lindsey, and their 4 children- Hadassah, Judah, Oswin and Redmond.

Doug Moister: Coach & MMP Podcast Co-host
Doug Moister is passionate about helping pastors and kingdom leaders become healthy. He serves as a spiritual director, coach and co-host of the Monday Morning Pastor (MMP) podcast. Doug has been trained as a Spiritual Director through Sustainable Faith and belongs to the ESDA community. As a coach, he specializes in the health of leaders and house church structures. He brings over 10 years of experience in leading house churches.
Doug and his wife, Mear, accepted the call to come on staff as the lead pastor at the Renew Community in Lansdale, PA in 2011. At Renew, he leads the Elder team, House Church Shepherds, casts vision, shepherds people, and cultivates a culture of taking kingdom risks. Besides his pastoral and preaching duties with Renew, Doug is a life long learner, a church history nerd, a coach in the community, and an enthusiastic fly fisherman.
Doug and Mear enjoy spending time with their kids and thanking God for all He has done and continues to do in the community.

Jeanette (JT) Thomas: Coach
After graduating from Pittsburg State University in 1997 with her undergraduate degree in Psychology, JT spent 5 years in the Kansas City metro, working with youth & families (YouthFront). In 2002, she moved to Chicago for her graduate degree program, completing her MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (2002-2005). After completing that program, JT spent the next 12 years in full-time pastoral ministry with a focus on global partnerships & local community development. JT left her pastoral role in 2016 to join the team at HOPE International, launching a new partner + donor base. She spent the next five years cultivating a nascent region, growing donor-revenue from less than $15k to nearly $1.5 mill.
Although JT has coached her entire vocational life, she began to train in earnest and take on formal clients in 2019, transitioning to full-time coaching in 2021, with the launch of Storyboard Coaching.

Dave Briggs: Coach
Dave Briggs spent 27 years as a financial manager and business executive for General Electric. After a fulfilling business career, in 2002 Dave transitioned to ministry, joining the staff at Willow Creek Community Church where he taught and trained people to become financially healthy. In 2009, Dave was hired for a similar role at Central Christian Church in the Phoenix area.
He currently serves on the board of the Christian Stewardship Network and is the former Chairman of the Board of Financial Planning Ministry. Dave regularly speaks at conferences in the U.S. and internationally, and has a great passion for helping people grow in leadership and financial health.
Dave is married to Debbie and they have two grown sons and six grandkids.

Duane Freed: Coach
Duane is passionate about helping people dream about their future and supporting them as they take steps forward. His background is in entrepreneurship and business leadership. He holds an undergraduate business degree from Asbury University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
For 5 years he owned and operated a franchise before selling the company before becoming CEO of a family-owned chicken hatchery where he worked with the family to transfer leadership to a management team. Currently, Duane is the founder and CEO of Radiant.
He also has experience working with non-profit organizations as Director of Philanthropy for a regional home builder and in serving on various non-profit boards and in local church leadership. Duane currently lives in Fishers, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis, with his wife Ang and their three children Justice, Paxton and Mercy.

Michael is a design leader and entrepreneur who has been involved in multiple start-ups and marketing roles. He has coached leaders for Seth Godin programs, led design teams, and launched side businesses for more than a decade.
His desire to improve experiences through good design spills over to helping others improve the lives of the people around them. He currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife, Lindsay, and their daughters, Juniper and Story.

Jane Linton: Administrator
Jane is the Administrator for Kairos Partnerships along with Fresh Expressions US (freshexpressionsus.org) and the Ecclesia Network. She holds a BA in Political Science and History from Virginia Tech. Her passion is around organization and supporting leaders with their ministry. Jane and her husband Brandon have been married for 10 years and have three children- Alex, Luke and Claire. They reside in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia.
Joel Limbauan: Director of Video & Podcast Production
Joel Limbauan serves as Director of Video and Podcast Production for Kairos Partnerships, where he produces our two podcasts and all of our video content. He is the founder and owner of On a Limb Productions, Inc , a video and podcast production company that helps people tell the stories that need to be told. Joel has been holding a camera for as long as he can remember, and loves meeting and telling the stories of the people who are working to make the world a better place. He and his wife, Kelley, live in Lansdale, PA, and like to spend their free time cooking good meals, drinking good coffee, and reading good books.
Dustin Leatherman: Director of Coaching Experience
Dustin is passionate about bringing people together to help maximize Kingdom impact. He has spent the last 15 years in ministry and serves as the National Director for Eagles Wings Disc Golf and the Executive Director for the Paul McBeth Foundation.
Dustin met his wife, Hannah, at Messiah College where he majored in Sports Management before earning a Masters in Theology from Biblical Seminary.
In his role at Kairos, Dustin manages the coaching process to ensure ministry leaders are placed with the coach that will serve them best. Dustin has experienced the power of leadership coaching firsthand, and desires to see all leaders take advantage of this precious resource.
Dustin resides in Sarasota Florida with Hannah and their daughter Riley.
